At Kanab Cottages all our rooms are designated as non-smoking. We do offer outdoor smoking areas for your convenience. Please be aware that a $250 charge applies if smoking occurs inside our homes

If you plan to bring a pet with you, please notify us in advance. We allow a maximum of two pets per home and kindly request that you clean up after your furry companions. If your dog/cat causes damage, you are fully responsible for cleaning fee, repair and/or replacement. A pet fee, per stay applies.

We offer a convenient contactless check-in process. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you anticipate arriving after 9:00 p.m., please make a note of your check-in code and the property address.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. or earlier. When departing, kindly return your key to the lockbox. We kindly request that you wash all dishes used during your stay and bag all trash.

**Please note that we do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, if you require fresh linens or any other amenities, please don't hesitate to contact us

Our general policy strives to offer flexibility to our guests as we know plans change. You may cancel free of charge up to 5 days before 4:00 p.m. MST on your arrival date. If a cancellation is requested less than 5 days prior to arrival, you are financially responsible for the full reservation.
