Important - Cancellation Policy: Kanab Studios require a 50% deposit on all reservations. This is non-refundable but can be applied to a different reservation if changed 30 days or more prior to original arrival date. Failure to show up for booking with no prior notice, the charge is 100% of entire booking price, deposit and balance.

The master suite on the second floor provides added privacy, with room for five in the additional bedrooms.Well behaved pets are welcome, but we ask that you not leave them unattended in the cottage.
